POSITION: Planting Program Organizer
TIME: 6-15 hrs/week through December 14
COMPENSATION: 2-3 Internship units available, $8-10 hourly rate DOE
LOCATION: 203 F St. Suite A, Davis, California
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assist with tree planting events including organizing volunteers, contacting residents, preparing supplies, and delivering supplies. Must be available weekend mornings at 6am.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a class C driver’s license. Able to lift 60 lbs. Physically fit. Must have an upbeat attitude, and not mind getting dirty.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Established in 1992, TREE Davis is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation whose mission is to expand and enhance our urban forest by teaching the people of our community to plant and care for trees. Tree planting experience is not required. Training will be provided.
