Event FAQ
Question: What do I need to bring to volunteer?
Answer: We recommend that volunteers dress in layers and bring sunblock, a light snack, and a full water bottle. We require that volunteers wear closed-toe shoes.
Question: How old do you have to be to volunteer?
Answer: Volunteers of all ages are welcome.
We do require that individuals under the age of 18 bring a waiver signed by a parent or guardian with them to the event. Waivers will also be at the event for parents or guardians to sign. People under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult. For every 2 children, there must be at least 1 adult present.
Question: Can I bring a group to volunteer?
Answer: Sure! However, we have a limit on the number of volunteers we can work with at each event. Please get in touch with us at info@treedavis.org and let us know:

An estimate of how many volunteers you think will attend
Which event(s) you are interested in
Question: What if it rains?
Answer: We will plant in light rain, so if it is raining or rain is forecast, please come prepared with the best rain gear that you have. However, if there is heavy rain or lightning, we will cancel the event.
